Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello was born April 18, 1967. She is an American actor and producer. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999) Coyote Ugly(2000) and The Cooler(2003), A History of Violence(2005), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor2008 Grown Ups2010, Prisoners2013, and Lights Out (2016) are some of her film roles. On television, Bello appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico on the medical drama ER (1997-1998) and also in various other roles as a star, including Lucy Robbins on the series Touch in 2013. She also starred as Michelle McBride on the first season of the TV series Goliath in 2016, and from 2017 to 2021, as Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane in the series NCIS. Bello was born on April 18 1967 in Norristown (New Jersey) to Kathy Bello who was a school nurse and teacher. Bello also appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama"ER" (1997-1998). Bello also appeared in various other roles, including that of Michelle McBride on the first season of series Touch in 2013, and that of Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane on NCIS from 2017 through 2021. Her subject was political sciences at Villanova University. Bello studied acting in New York and continued to develop her talents after graduating. Bello was married to Dan McDermott and has a son who is named Jackson. Bello wrote in November 2013 about her same-sex relationship, Clare Munn, and how it ended. She published a book called Whatever...Love Is Loving: Examining the labels we assign to Others (Dey Street Books - April 28, 2015).
