Lara Logan

 Lara Logan, born 29/03/71 was an South African television journalist and war reporter. She was a CBS News reporter from 2002 to 2018.60 Minutes' executive producers Jeff Fager and Lara Logan called her factually inaccurate and biased report on the 2012 Benghazi attacks "the biggest error I've made in my entire decade of watching." She joined Sinclair Broadcast Group (a conservative media company) in 2019. [4] On January 2020, she was a part of Fox Nation. Fox News offers a subscription-based streaming service. She informed Fox News in March 2022 that she had been "dumped". Logan was a reporter for the Sunday Tribune in Durban, during her studies (1988-1989), and then for the Daily News (1990-1992). In 1992, she was hired by Reuters Television in Africa, primarily as a senior producer. After four years, she moved out into freelance journalism, obtaining assignments as a reporter and editor/producer with ITN and Fox/SKY, CBS News, ABC News (in London), NBC, and the European Broadcasting Union. Reporting on events such as the bombings in 1998 of the United States Embassy in Nairobi and Tanzania and the ongoing conflict within Northern Ireland and the Kosovo war, she worked at CNN.
